Unusual tiredness
normally a women extremely during the first 2-3 months of pregnancy. so in pregnancy period she
should take proper rest at least 7-8 hours
Dizziness and feeling faint
It is common symptoms in pregnancy.it can be worse during the first trimester of pregnancy.it can hit you anytime in pregnancy. Most happen when you are standing for a long time or when you get up suddenly from a sitting or laying position.

Nausea and vomiting
It is commonest symptoms of pregnancy. nausea with or without vomiting is the most common in the first three month of pregnancy. about 90% lady relief by 20 week
Increased salivation
It is usually associated with nausea and vomiting. some women also complain bitter or matic tasting saliva. eating small quantity of food at frequent interval can improve the symptoms. Dry, bland, non oily food is better than spicy, oily food.salt biscuit, dry toast and bland food like idlis will be ctter tolerated.
Lower back pain
The majority of women face back pain during pregnancy. if your daily routine involve long period of standing there cab be more pressure on lower back. massage and simple exercise can relieve lower back pain
Frequent urination
this usually eases off around 16 weeks but don't be surprised if this feeling recur in the last few week in the pregnancy
